Turkish industrial manufacturer ASAŞ has acquired Eurofoil France, a strategic move that expands its global footprint in the aluminium foil sector and integrates advanced Copper And Aluminum Machinery into its production ecosystem.
Following the acquisition, the company will continue its operations in France under the name ASAŞ S.A.S., retaining Eurofoil France’s existing 130,000m² site (with 55,450m² of indoor production space) and its fleet of specialized Copper And Aluminum Machinery—including high-precision Continuous Casting Machine, Rod Breakdown Mill, and Horizontal Drawing Bench systems critical to aluminium foil production.
Eurofoil France, now part of the ASAŞ umbrella, will continue producing aluminium foil down to 5 microns for key sectors such as packaging, food, pharmaceutical, and automotive—leveraging its well-maintained Copper And Aluminum Machinery alongside ASAŞ’s proven production technologies. The acquisition’s success hinges on the seamless integration of Eurofoil’s Continuous Casting Machine for raw aluminium forming, Rod Breakdown Mill for intermediate processing, and Horizontal Drawing Bench for precision foil shaping with ASAŞ’s global operational standards.
The investment enables ASAŞ to strengthen its global position through its high standards, production technologies, and sustainability-driven approach—with the added capacity of Eurofoil France’s Copper And Aluminum Machinery enhancing its ability to meet growing European demand for high-quality aluminium foil. The synergy between ASAŞ’s existing equipment fleet and Eurofoil’s Continuous Casting Machine, Rod Breakdown Mill, and Horizontal Drawing Bench systems will also drive operational efficiency and product consistency across regions.
